•Gated entrance with keypad and remote access.
•140 total camp sites with water, septic, and electric hookups.
•Electricity is metered on each individual camp site
with 30 or 50 amp service.
•Sections A & B are within 300 feet of the lake and approximately 2,000 square feet each site.
•Sections C & D begin 1,000 feet from the lake and are 4,000 square feet each site.
•Electric Golf Carts are allowed.
